Cesar has a Business Administrationdegree from Monterrey Institute of Technology. He has since worked inreal estate as a consultant, promoter, developer, and investor in Mexico and the USA Cesar has held significant roles in real estate associations:

• Active member and past National President of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals AMPI.
• Former counselor of the International Consortium of Peal Estate Associations (ICQEA), representing 54 countries.
• Past President of the Chamber of Real Estate Owners of Nuevo Leon (CAROBI).
